Here is our schedule while we are in China:
April 1st - Leave for China!
April 2nd – Arrive in Beijing
April 3rd – Tour Beijing
April 4th – Tour Beijing
April 5th – Fly from Beijing to Changchun
April 6th – GOTCHA DAY!!! (We get Lyric!)
April 7th – Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jilin Province to complete the adoption. Go to Public Security Bureau and apply for Lyric’s passport.
April 8th – Free day – Touring
April 9th – Free day – Touring
April 10th – Free day – Touring
April 11th – Free day – Touring
April 12th – Obtain Lyric’s passport. Fly from Changchun to Guangzhou.
April 13th – Have Lyric’s Visa picture taken. Lyric’s medical exam.
April 14th – Submit visa application. Tour and shop
April 15th – Take the oath of citizenship at the U.S. Consulate for Lyric. More shopping
April 16th – Receive Lyric’s visa. Last minute shopping!
April 17th – Coming home! Fly from Guangzhou to Beijing. Fly from Beijing to Chicago.
